Collabieration can release at @bierstadtlager this Friday! Honored to have brewed this 3.8% dry-hopped lager with our one of all-time favorite breweries. Available on draft and in 4pks to-go.

We’ll also be bringing along a limited amount of our new 3.6% Hoppy Table Saison bottles which features the same dry-hop (@hopheadfarms Grungeist & @freestylehops Motueka) at the same ratios. To-go only.

(muted horn) - Imperial Stout aged in @wellerbourbon Barrels with Madagascar Vanilla Beans finished on @trysterocoffee Brazil Planalto da Bahia Jazblu Peaberry + + Coffee. This beer, which is essentially a deconstructed version of Underground Breakfast without the maple syrup, was packaged with the intention of honoring the coffee addition and embracing the vanilla interplay. It was originally intended to be shared in our tasting room and at festivals. Things change and we prefer our coffee stouts be consumed fresh so we opted to sell a limited number of bottles. We’re extremely proud to see this one named among the “Standout Beers of the Year”.

Thank you to everyone who has reached out regarding openings, distribution, memberships, etc. Memberships for the 2021 Underground are sold out and at this time, we’ve elected to keep our barrel cellar and tasting room closed to the public. Rest assured, we’ll be using this quiet time to continue to find inspiration, collaborate with friends, and give our barrels and bottles a little extra time to rest. We hope to resume our public occasional openings and light distribution in the spring. In the meantime, please support your local breweries, beer bars and bottle shops.
